Mary Cheng is the Technical Specialist of Business Applications at Microsoft Hong Kong. Leveraging her deep technical knowledge in application development and AI-driven process automation, she acts as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders for CRM and process automation transformation. Mary works closely with customers in the enterprise and public sectors.
Mary graduated from the University College London with a MEng (Hons) in Computer Science.
