Hugo is the Account Technology Strategist in the Public Sector Group of Microsoft, with his expertise in Cloud platform technologies, data and AI.His work focus on achieving client’s business goals and guiding them to invest and adopt Microsoft’s products and services,through engagements with decision-makers across IT and the business.

Prior to this, Hugo is experienced in the Enterprise Service Group of Microsoft, where he acted as a consultant to design and deploy digital transformation solutions to several enterprise customers.

Hugo graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science.
