Angus is a specialist in data, artificial intelligence and Cloud platform technologies. Being the Azure Specialist of Microsoft, Angus has advised various areas of the Hong Kong public sector, including the Government, healthcare and higher education. Angus is experienced in collaborating with IT departments on datacenter modernization with Cloud technology, and works closely with researchers and data scientists in different domains on data and AI. 

Prior to this, Angus spent two years in the Developer Experience Group and Enterprise Service Group, where he has evangelized over a hundred small and medium business partners and startups to drive Cloud technology adoption. 
Angus was also involved in an enterprise application development that leveraged advanced technologies such as DevOps. Angus graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), System Engineering and Engineering Management.
